7-Day Price Match Guarantee

At Vending Concepts, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience possible. That's why we offer a 7-Day Price Match Guarantee to ensure that you always get the best value for your purchase.

Here's how it works:

1. Eligibility:

  • Our 7-Day Price Match Guarantee applies to identical, in-stock items available for purchase from a competitor with a physical brick and mortar store.
  • The competitor must offer comparable sales experience and after-sales support, i.e. machine configuration, lifetime technical support and warranty. If any major component of offering isn’t included the value will be determined based on a table guideline.
  • The item must have the same brand name, model, size, weight, color, and specifications.
  • The item must be in stock and available for shipping, delivery or pickup within 10 business days of purchase at the time of Price Match submission.
  • Pricing must be the “all-in” price, including shipping and handling, identical add-on items, customizing, applicable taxes, and any other additional charges.
  • Price match submission MUST be made within 7 days of the original purchase.

2. Verification:

To request a price match, submit proof of the lower advertised price of the identical item via email to accounting-team@vendingconcepts.com referencing the business or name your order was processed under, the date and invoice number. Items that can be submitted include a current advertisement, a screenshot of a checkout cart, or a printed quote from the competitor including all necessary information. The price to match must have been valid at the time of purchase as well as the time of submitting the price match request. Please allow 7 business days for the submission to be reviewed.

3. Exclusions:

Our 7-Day Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:
  • Items offered as part of a bundle, package deal, or as part of a special promotion (e.g., buy one, get one free).
  • The item must have the same brand name, model, size, weight, color, and specifications.
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
  • Auctions, marketplace vendors, membership clubs, or third-party sellers on online marketplaces, Facebook, eBay, Craigslist, Amazon, Etc.
  • Prices that require a coupon, promotion code, or rebate to be applied.
  • Typographical errors in advertisements or online listings.

4. Price Adjustment:

If you find a qualifying lower price for an item you purchased from us within 7 days of your original purchase date, we'll gladly refund you the difference. Please allow 7 days to review the submission and another 5 days to process the adjustment.

5. Our Right to Verify:

We reserve the right to verify the details of the lower price and the availability of the item with the competitor. We may also limit the quantity of items available for price matching.

6. Our Discretion:

Our team has the discretion to determine whether a competitor's price qualifies for a price match and to make any adjustments to our Price Match Guarantee policy as necessary.
