HABCO warrants to the End-User of a new HABCO commercial appliance (the “Product”) that it be free from defects in material and workmanship,
under normal commercial use, proper start-up, installation, maintenance and service in accordance with HABCO’s printed instruction package supplied with the Product.
Three (3) Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty
HABCO’s obligation under this portion of the warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at HABCO’s sole discretion, including labor charges, of
defective parts or components, for a period three (3) years from the date of purchase by the End-User, not to exceed thirty-nine (39) months from
the date of HABCO invoice for the Product to the Purchaser.
Additional Two (2) Year Limited Compressor Part Warranty
In addition to the limited warranty stated above, HABCO warrants the hermetically sealed compressor part only, and no other parts, components
and/or labor for an additional two (2) years beyond the first three (3) year warranty period, not to exceed sixty-three (63) months from the date of
HABCO invoice for the Product to the Purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal commercial use, proper maintenance and service in accordance with HABCO’s printed instruction package supplied with each Product. HABCO reserves the option to repair or
replace any defective compressor part at HABCO’s sole discretion.
Warranty Limitations and Conditions
For the purpose of this limited warranty, the “End-User” means the first user of the product. The “Purchaser” shall mean the company or division of a company, or individual first invoiced by HABCO. This limited warranty applies only to the End-User and is not transferrable or assignable. The original Purchaser invoice, stating the End-User’s company name and address, purchase date and serial number, shall be deemed proof of End-User and must be provided to HABCO to make a claim under this warranty.
No warranty work shall be performed unless prior authorization has been obtained from HABCO. The labor warranty shall include only standard straight time labor, defined as normal repair time/rates and reasonable travel time, during normal business hours, as determined and approved by HABCO. Service performed outside of normal business hours as determined and approved by HABCO, will be covered at standard straight time labor, defined as normal repair time/rates plus reasonable travel time, with any premium labor or other charges the sole responsibility of the End-User.
HABCO reserves the sole option to inspect and deem defective, materials and/or workmanship. HABCO reserves the sole option to limit effective
warranty coverage to Purchaser’s country of origin.
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, commercial use of the Product. Exclusions under this limited warranty include, without limitation, the following: normal wear components including, gaskets, seals, incandescent and/or fluorescent lamps and starters; power cords; damage due to improper use of electrical extension cords; damages arising from abuse, misuse, neglect or accident; cosmetic damage or damage to the interior or exterior finish; unauthorized service or alterations; damage as a direct result of transport and/or handling; damage due to painting, the application of decals or remanufacturing; adjustments; low voltage and/or inadequate power
supply at location; excessive charges due to installed location; wait times and/or revisits due to inaccessibility; installation within residential, noncommercial and/or moving vehicles; excessive shipping costs; any labor not directly required for warranty repair such as unloading of contents; fire, water, lightning or other acts of God; consequential damages; nor does it include issues arising from improper installation or lack of basic preventative maintenance, including but not limited to condenser cleaning which is regular and appropriate to the location of the Product, all in accordance with HABCO’s printed instruction package supplied with each Product. HABCO does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product.
Under no circumstances shall HABCO be liable for an amount greater than the actual purchase price of the Product. HABCO shall not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, direct or indirect loss, or economic loss, including without limitation, loss of goodwill, lost
profits, or losses or damages arising from food or product spoilage, whether or not on account of refrigeration failure.
HABCO shall not be liable in any manner for any default or delay in performance hereunder caused by or resulting from any contingency beyond
HABCO’s control including, but not limited to, war, acts of terrorism, government restrictions or restraints, strikes, lockouts, injunctions, fire, floods, acts of nature, short or reduced supply of raw materials, or discontinuance of parts by the original manufacturer.
All other warranties and conditions express or implied, and whether arising by law, by statute, by course of dealing or usage of trade, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. HABCO’s sole
liability is limited to the warranty set out herein and there are no warranties, which extend beyond the terms of this warranty.
HABCO does not authorize any representative or other person to create or assume for it any warranty obligation or liability other than such as expressly set forth herein.
HABCO will provide an authorization number for the return of defective parts, which must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date on which
service occurs.

FAQs about Consumer Priority Service Extended Warranty
There are no returns or cancellations on special orders or custom orders (i.e. new machines, custom graphics, etc.). All other items are subject to a 25% restocking charge and shipping charges from us to the buyer (even if it is included in the price of the machine there is a cost) and shipping charges to send the vending machine back to Vending Concepts will be the full responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for properly securing the vending machine back on a pallet and wrapping it up to ensure safe shipping back to Vending Concepts. If the machine is sent back and not in the same condition it was in when it shipped from Vending Concepts the buyer will be responsible for all other charges to get the vending machine back in that condition but not to exceed the original cost of the machine. There is a cost to free shipping to Vending Concepts. We have to pay full price for shipping (although free to the buyer) and when a buyer wants to return a machine the buyer becomes fully responsible for the complete amount of the shipping costs. Vending Concepts will provide an invoice from the trucking company for the shipping cost from Vending Concepts to the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for those costs upon returning a machine. The buyer is also solely responsible for all the costs associated with sending the machine back and can elect to use their own shipping or Vending Concepts can assist with obtaining the best quote possible. The buyer will continue to be the owner of the machine until it is received in the same condition as was purchased by the buyer and a refund is issued for the machine purchase less shipping, restocking fees, and any deductions if any (due to returning it “not” in the same condition it was bought). All returns must be accompanied by an (RMA) Return of Merchandise Authorization and can only be obtained within 7 days of receiving the machine or 60 days from the original purchase date, whichever comes first.
